Pellini TOP Originale 100% Arabica – 500 g whole bean coffee.Flavour profile and roast: The product name indicates a 100% Arabica composition; this is not in itself a quality grade, but a botanical composition which is shaped into a flavour profile by the origin, processing and roast. Its flavour profile represents a softer, aroma-focused style: a rounded sweetness, with a nutty-caramellised base, balanced by subtle fruity or floral notes. To preserve the delicate aromas, pure water, a fresh grind and gentle extraction are required.Brewing tip: A barista’s starting point – 38–45 g of brew from 18 g of ground coffee in a double filter basket, over 25–30 seconds, with water at 92–95 °C. For a tart, thin-bodied cup, use a finer grind or a higher temperature; for a bitter, drying aftertaste, a coarser grind, lower temperature or shorter extraction time is recommended. The finer aromas are best appreciated when served black or with a little milk.Storage: Once opened, reseal airtight and store in a dry, cool place, protected from light and strong odours.
