A dietary supplement containing 7 types of B vitamins.
Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B12 and folic acid help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B12 and biotin contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Folic acid contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system.

Recommended dosage: 1–4 soft capsules daily, to be swallowed whole with liquid.

Niacin (vitamin B3) 16 mg
Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) 4.7 mg
Vitamin B1 (thiamine) 1.7 mg
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 2.1 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) 1.7 mg
Folic acid (vitamin B9) 50 µg
Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 1.7 µg


Ingredients: Sunflower oil, gelatine, humectant (glycerine), nicotinamide, water, calcium D-pantothenate, calcium phosphates, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, colouring (iron oxides and iron hydroxides), vitamin B12 preparation (modified maize starch, acidity regulators [sodium citrate, citric acid]), antioxidant (tocopherol-rich extract), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid).
