For a sour, thin cup, use a finer grind or a higher temperature; for a bitter, drying aftertaste, a coarser grind, lower temperature or shorter extraction time is recommended. The finer aromas are best appreciated when served black or with a little milk.Storage: Once opened, reseal airtight and store in a dry, cool place, protected from light and strong odours.
