Fish oil – in addition to its antioxidant effects – has been proven to be effective in the treatment of a wide range of conditions. Interest in it has grown significantly in recent years due to its beneficial properties.

Omega-3 fatty acids may help maintain normal blood pressure. EPA and DHA may contribute to the maintenance of normal blood triglyceride levels, healthy heart function and normal blood clotting.

Fish oil concentrate, gelatine, humectant: glycerine, water, antioxidants: mixed tocopherols.

Recommended use

The recommended dosage for Vitaking Omega-3 fish oil capsules is: 1 capsule per day for adults, to be taken with a meal and a drink, swallowed whole (without chewing).
