A dietary supplement containing vitamins K1, K2 and D3. Natural vitamin K2 contributes to the maintenance of healthy bones and normal blood clotting, whilst vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of healthy bones, healthy muscle function and normal teeth.

Thevitamin K2 plays a key role in the body by activating proteins responsible for ensuring that calcium is incorporated where it is needed (in bones and teeth) and not where it causes harm (in soft tissues and blood vessels).

Over the last 10 years, several studies have clearly demonstrated that the incidence of coronary atherosclerosis and osteoporosis decreases in proportion to vitamin K2 intake. It has also been found that calcium intake does not reduce osteoporosis; on the contrary, it increases atherosclerosis. Without vitamin K2, therefore, calcium is not incorporated into the bones but is deposited, amongst other places, in our blood vessels.

In recent years, it has been discovered that high intake of vitamin K1 can increase the production of vitamin K3 in the body, and it has also been established that a significant proportion of it is converted into vitamin K2 in our tissues. For this reason, K-complex dietary supplement drops contain large amounts of vitamin K1 as well as vitamin K2.
