Coffee blend: 100% Arabica; caffeine content no more than 0.1%.

Flavor profile and roast: Medium, Classico roast. Its smooth, balanced character is characterized by notes of caramel, orange blossom, and jasmine, as well as a sweet finish. The decaffeinated processing may alter the solubility of the grounds; therefore, a shorter extraction time or a slightly lower water temperature may yield a cleaner result if the aftertaste is bitter or dry.

Brewing tip: The factory grind is designed for espresso. As a starting point, use 7–9 g of ground coffee for 25–40 ml of brew with a 25–30-second extraction time using water at 90–93 °C. Adjust the dose and extraction volume to fit your machine’s filter basket; distribute the grounds evenly and tamp them down.

Storage: After opening, reseal the package airtight and store in a dry, cool place away from light and strong odors. Due to its large surface area, ground coffee quickly loses its aroma; therefore, the package must be resealed immediately after use.
