Directions for use:

Mix one sachet (3g) of powder daily into approx. 1–1.5 dl of room-temperature liquid (water, tea, fruit juice, milk, yoghurt). It is recommended to take it in the morning on an empty stomach or in the evening before going to bed.

Use for a minimum of 2–3 months is recommended. It can be taken as a course of treatment or on a continuous basis. One box is sufficient for 31 days.

How should it be stored?

Keep out of reach of small children, at room temperature.
