Jacobs Espresso 12 Ristretto – a pack of 10 Nespresso Original system coffee capsules.Flavour profile: this is an intense, full-bodied blend: roasted, cocoa, dark chocolate and spicy notes come to the fore, with a more subdued acidity. The darker roast can easily be over-extracted even in a capsule, so a drink size that is too large may result in a bitter, drying aftertaste.Preparation tip: The capsule controls the dose, grind and tamp, so the most important variable for the user is the drink size. It is advisable to preheat the machine and the cup, then start with a volume of 20–30 ml; too much water can result in a watery, woody-bitter aftertaste.
