Coffee blend: 100% Arabica.

Flavor profile and roast: Medium-dark, intense roast; manufacturer’s intensity rating 7/9. Its strongly aromatic, full-bodied flavor is characterized by notes of cocoa and dried fruit, as well as a rich finish.

Brewing tip: The capsule controls the dose, grind, and tamp, so the most important user variable is the cup size. It is recommended to preheat the machine and the cup, then start with a volume of 25–40 ml; too much water can result in a watery, woody-bitter aftertaste. After use, remove the capsule and keep the spout clean with a brief rinse of water.

Storage: Store in a dry, cool place, protected from direct sunlight and strong odors, in an undamaged capsule.
