Flavor profile and roast: Medium roast; manufacturer’s intensity rating 5/9. Its balanced flavor is characterized by notes of caramel, chocolate, and toasted bread, as well as a sweet finish. Decaffeinated version.

Brewing tip: The capsule controls the dose, grind, and tamp, so the most important user variable is the drink size. It’s best to preheat the machine and the cup, then start with a volume of 25–40 ml; too much water can result in a watery, woody-bitter aftertaste. After use, remove the capsule and keep the spout clean with a brief rinse of water.

Storage: Store in a dry, cool place, protected from direct sunlight and strong odors, in an undamaged capsule.
