Mantaro Espresso Rosso – a pack of 45 Nespresso Original system coffee capsules.Flavour profile: this is an intense, full-bodied blend, with roasted, cocoa, dark chocolate and spicy notes coming to the fore, accompanied by a more subdued acidity. The darker roast can easily be over-extracted even in a capsule, so a drink size that is too large may result in a bitter, drying aftertaste.Preparation tip: The capsule controls the dose, grind and tamp, so the most important variable for the user is the drink size. It is advisable to preheat the machine and the cup, then start with a volume of 25–40 ml; too much water can result in a watery, woody-bitter aftertaste.
