The delicate aromas are best preserved in a pre-warmed cup and with a short or medium-sized serving.Preparation tip: The capsule controls the dose, grind size and tamping, so the most important variable for the user is the cup size. It is advisable to preheat the machine and the cup, then start with a volume of 25–40 ml; too much water can result in a watery, woody-bitter aftertaste.
