Douwe Egberts Omnia Fusion Brazil & Colombia – 900g whole bean coffee.Coffee blend: 100% Arabica, made from Brazilian and Colombian coffees.Flavour profile and roast: The Brazilian and Colombian origins bring a rounded, chocolatey-nutty base, caramel sweetness and balanced fruitiness to the forefront of the tasting experience. The balance between body and acidity is determined by the ratio of roast to extraction.Preparation tip: A barista’s starting point – 38–45 g of brew from 18 g of ground coffee in a double filter basket, over 25–30 seconds, using water at 92–95 °C. For a tart, thin cup, use a finer grind or a higher temperature; for a bitter, drying aftertaste, a coarser grind, lower temperature or shorter extraction time is recommended. The finer aromas are best appreciated when served black or with a little milk.Storage: Once opened, reseal airtight and store in a dry, cool place, protected from light and strong odours.
