Dallmayr Prodomo – 500g whole bean coffee.Coffee blend: 100% Arabica.Flavour profile and roast: The flavour profile is balanced, with a medium roast: full-bodied, with roasted, chocolate, nutty and caramel notes, and moderate perceived acidity. The actual cup profile is shaped by the grind, the mineral content of the water, the temperature and the extraction rate.Preparation tip: A barista’s starting point – 36–42 g of brew from 18 g of ground coffee in a double filter basket, over 25–30 seconds, with water at 91–94 °C. For a sour, thin cup, use a finer grind or a higher temperature; for a bitter, drying aftertaste, a coarser grind, lower temperature or shorter extraction time is recommended. The finer aromas are best appreciated when served black or with a little milk.Storage: Once opened, reseal airtight and store in a dry, cool place, protected from light and strong odours.
