Dallmayr Ethiopia – 500g whole bean coffee.Coffee blend: 100% Arabica.Flavour profile and roast: The Ethiopian origin characterises the tasting experience with floral, citrus and fruity aromas, as well as a livelier acidity. The degree of roast and the recipe determine how much of these characteristics come through in the cup.Preparation tip: A barista’s starting point – 38–45 g of brew from 18 g of ground coffee in a double filter basket, over 25–30 seconds, using water at 92–95 °C. For a tart, thin-bodied cup, use a finer grind or a higher temperature; for a bitter, drying aftertaste, a coarser grind, lower temperature or shorter extraction time is recommended. The finer aromas are best appreciated black or with a little milk.Storage: Once opened, reseal the pack airtight and store in a dry, cool place, protected from light and strong odours.
