Flavor profile and roast: A medium roast tailored to the origin brings out a full, intense body and distinct chocolate aromas, with a more subdued acidity; the manufacturer’s flavor intensity rating is 6/9.

Brewing tip: Barista’s starting point: 36–42 g of brew from 18 g of grounds in a double filter basket, over 25–30 seconds, with water at 91–94 °C. For a sour, thin cup, use a finer grind or higher temperature; For a bitter, drying aftertaste, a coarser grind, lower temperature, or shorter extraction time is recommended. Coffee can be freshly ground for filter, drip, or other brewing methods; the grind size should always be adjusted to the brewing method.

Storage: After opening, reseal the package airtight and store in a dry, cool place, protected from light and strong odors. It is best to grind only the amount you will use immediately, as ground coffee loses its aroma more quickly.
