Gimoka Gran Bar – 1000 g whole bean coffee.Flavour profile and roast: Its flavour profile is espresso-focused: concentrated body, roasted, cocoa, nutty and caramel notes, with a distinct coffee character that is also noticeable in milk-based drinks. The right balance is achieved not by the slowest possible extraction, but by harmonising the grind, dose and extraction.Preparation tip: A barista’s starting point – 36–42 g of brew from 18 g of ground coffee in a double filter basket, over 25–30 seconds, using water at 91–94 °C. For a sour, thin-bodied cup, a finer grind or higher temperature is recommended; for a bitter, drying aftertaste, a coarser grind, lower temperature or shorter extraction time is advisable. In a milk-based drink, a shorter, more concentrated extraction better preserves the coffee’s character.Storage: Once opened, reseal the pack airtight and store in a dry, cool place, protected from light and strong odours.
