Eduscho Crema Gold – 1000 g whole bean coffee.Flavour profile and roast: Its flavour profile represents a milder, aroma-focused profile: a rounded sweetness, with a nutty-caramellised base, balanced by subtle fruity or floral notes. To preserve the delicate aromas, pure water, a fresh grind and gentle extraction are required.Preparation tip: A barista’s starting point – 38–45 g of brew from 18 g of ground coffee in a double filter basket, over 25–30 seconds, using water at 92–95 °C. For a tart, thin-bodied coffee, use a finer grind or a higher temperature; for a bitter, drying aftertaste, a coarser grind, lower temperature or shorter extraction time is advisable. For a long coffee, it is best to extend the espresso with separate hot water; allowing too much water to pass through the filter may bring out woody, bitter notes.Storage: once opened, reseal the pack airtight and store in a dry, cool place, protected from light and strong odours.
