Douwe Egberts Omnia Classic Silk – 1000 g whole bean coffee.Flavour profile and roast: Its flavour profile represents a softer, aroma-focused style: a rounded sweetness, with a nutty-caramellised base, balanced by subtle fruity or floral notes. To preserve the delicate aromas, clean water, a fresh grind and gentle extraction are required.Preparation tip: A barista’s starting point – 38–45 g of brew from 18 g of ground coffee in a double filter basket, over 25–30 seconds, using water at 92–95 °C. For a tart, thin-bodied cup, use a finer grind or a higher temperature; for a bitter, drying aftertaste, a coarser grind, lower temperature or shorter extraction time is recommended. The finer aromas are best appreciated black or with a little milk.Storage: Once opened, reseal the pack airtight and store in a dry, cool place, protected from light and strong odours.
