Coenzyme Q10 plays an essential role in our cells’ energy production processes. Throughout our lives, our bodies continuously produce Q10, but as we age, the amount produced decreases. The physiological effects of the Q10 enzyme are supported by numerous research findings.

Q10 contributes to the energy supply of muscles subjected to increased strain, such as the heart muscle; thanks to its antioxidant properties, it protects cells against oxidative stress, which is responsible for cellular ageing. Dosage: Take 1 capsule whole with water in the morning.
