GAL Babaváró+

GAL+ Babaváró contains all vitamins, minerals and trace elements in their ideal form, quantity and proportion, exactly as we would obtain them from a consistently nutrient-rich and varied diet.

Each of these active ingredients is in a form found in nature; a significant proportion is extracted from (organic) medicinal and aromatic plants grown using organic farming methods, and thus also contains the co-factors that are hardly present by chance in these plants alongside the vitamins and minerals they contain. With regard to quantities, we have consistently ensured that the daily dose contains the amount found to be effective, but under no circumstances does it exceed realistic amounts – that is, the amount that could not possibly be obtained through diet alone.

Daily dose: 1 Lipophilic oil capsule (brown) + 2 Hydrophilic powder capsules (orange) + 5 ml (4.4 g) of complementary drink powder.

This product does not include a measuring spoon!

Recommended intake:

We recommend taking this from the moment you start thinking about having a baby, ideally at least 3 months before conception, right through to the end of breastfeeding, and it may even be worth continuing beyond that.

Do not take iron supplements unless you have a confirmed iron deficiency; even then, it is worth having your levels checked again after 1–2 months of taking GAL+ Babaváró, as it is possible that your levels may normalise without additional iron, particularly if you regularly consume live...
